It looks like Grille 401 is off to a good start, indeed! The reviews throughout the internet so far are certainly positive for the new Las Olas Fort Lauderdale restaurant.
Speaking from personal experience, the restaurant seems to avoid a lot of the downsides associated with new restaurants, especially in this area of Down Town Fort Lauderdale.
